Software, Electrical, Industrial or Computer Engineering AI Internship

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for IC field failure root-cause characterization
• Conduct literature surveys to understand state-of-the-art technologies and identify areas for innovation
• Develop preliminary data mining and analysis techniques, including natural language processing and image classification/segmentation agents
• Train machine learning models on IC field failure reports to categorize large datasets of failures

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master of Science program (last year of engineering school)
• Strong foundational understanding of Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Neural Networks, Generative AI, and Natural Language Processing
• Proficiency in Python programming
• Good level of English proficiency for documentation and international team collaboration
• Must be registered as a student for the entire duration of the internship

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CMOS circuits
