Software Development Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the technological vision of projects by designing solid architectures and communicating technical decisions to ensure scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.
• Audit and support the full software development lifecycle through code reviews, strengthening CI/CD pipelines, and promoting agile methodologies.
• Act as a technical reference for solving complex problems through systemic analysis and defining sustainable technical solutions.
• Evaluate and promote key tools and technologies to improve productivity, observability, and technical maturity within the organization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key areas to define common standards and ensure technical alignment with strategic business objectives.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in similar roles leading technical or software development teams.
• Proven experience in Systems Architecture.
• Bachelor's degree with a specialization in a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency (reading, comprehension, and conversation).
• Proficiency in programming languages: Java, .Net, C#, C++, Python, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Containers, CI/CD, Microservices, and scalable architecture.
• Experience with methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
• Hands-on experience with tools including Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of test automation and system monitoring.

• Experience with additional programming languages and emerging technologies.
• Strong coaching and mentorship skills.
• Ability to lead teams through high-pressure technical challenges.
