Software Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Build organizational capability to deliver high-scale Microsoft-based enterprise applications
• Provide agile leadership by removing obstacles and applying Scrum principles
• Act as a technical coach for teams, providing deep expertise in Microsoft technologies
• Introduce and explore modern software development practices such as DevOps and CI/CD
• Support Product Owners and ScrumMasters in executing implementation plans and roadmaps
• Develop team technical capabilities through training in modern enterprise frameworks and SQL Server optimization
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices throughout the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (MCA or post-graduate degree preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in Software Development, Design, and Testing
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership capacity
• Proven track record building enterprise-grade applications using the Microsoft technology stack (.NET/C#)
• Expertise in managing robust data architectures with SQL Server optimization
• Strong understanding of the full SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, across all levels of the company
• Demonstrated ability to mentor team members in coding, testing, and database design
