Software Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
• Architect projects and lead module development
• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams including developers, QAs, and UI/UX designers
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Work closely with QA teams to address defects and ensure high-quality outcomes
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership
• Travel to client sites to meet with stakeholders
• Manage project closure processes

Requirements

• BE/BTech/ME/MTech in CS, IT, Mech, Civil or a related field
• 8+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of managing multiple projects
• Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in Web Full Stack or .NET Full Stack
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile-specific certifications
• Hands-on experience in programming or technical architecture
