Software Development Manager - Manufacturing IT

Responsibilities

• Manage functional and operational workloads for the Manufacturing ADS team
• Set goals, provide performance feedback, and assist team members with career development
• Provide training opportunities to ensure team members possess necessary competencies
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to define requirements and communicate progress
• Collaborate with global IT and Manufacturing Development leaders to drive strategy and improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Information Systems
• Strong technical capability and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and foster effective teams
• Excellent communication skills for interacting across different departments and geographies
• A strong commitment to the professional development of others

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JavaScript, Angular, ReactJS, HTML5, and CSS
• Knowledge of restful web services using NodeJS, Apache, or C#
• Familiarity with the Microsoft .NET Framework
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL database design and development
• Proficiency in Object Oriented Design and Programming (e.g., JAVA, C#)
