Software Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality code using Java, ensuring robust and scalable solutions
• Implement and manage Kafka-based messaging and streaming systems for real-time data processing
• Design and optimize RDBMS database schemas and write efficient queries
• Utilize Redis for caching to ensure high performance and reduce database load
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in production systems

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in software development
• Proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming principles
• Experience with Kafka, including producers, consumers, and streams
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ACID properties
• Experience with Redis for caching and session management
• Proficiency with Git version control
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
