Software Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support semiconductor manufacturing operations through automation, analytics, and manufacturing systems including MES and AMHS
• Partner with management to provide data analysis, advanced production web-reports, and applications to improve production metrics
• Design and lead improvement efforts related to cycle time reduction and continuous improvement projects
• Automate Fab processes to reduce variability, eliminate waste, and optimize tool-to-tool delivery times
• Apply industrial engineering concepts to line management, scheduling, and production planning
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for OI systems on a rotating basis (one week every 8 weeks)
• Collaborate with global partner groups and lead interdepartmental meetings to drive improvement solutions

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of manufacturing science, including scheduling, inventory management, and capacity planning
• Experience with database management methods such as SQL, Snowflake, or MongoDB
• Proficiency in programming and visualization tools including Python, Java, Tableau, Matlab, Visual Studio, or C#
• Experience with GIT processes, including Bitbucket and Azure DevOps
• Strong skills in data visualization, data collection, analytics warehousing systems, and data cleansing
