Software Development Engineer in Test

Responsibilities

• Develop automated and repeatable test code to reduce manual testing efforts
• Design, implement, and enhance test frameworks and tools
• Collaborate with engineers to define test strategy and prioritize automation needs
• Identify, report, and track defects through to resolution
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines for rapid feedback
• Iterate on test processes to ensure efficiency and repeatability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience designing and implementing robust automated tests and frameworks
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Java, C#, or similar languages
• Experience with UI automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Puppeteer, Playwright)
• Deep understanding of black-box, white-box, integration, API, and performance testing
• Demonstrated test ownership of multiple projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of prior SDET experience
