Responsibilities

• Build an end-to-end automation framework for D2C consumer and B2B Teams platforms
• Integrate tests into CI/CD for continuous feedback
• Pioneer the use of AI-agentic tools for LLM-driven test generation and exploratory testing
• Embed quality into the SDLC by reviewing requirements and defining acceptance criteria
• Evangelize a quality-first culture and coach engineers on writing testable code
• Define and track quality metrics including test coverage and defect escape rates
• Act as the go/no-go voice for release readiness
• Perform manual testing of critical user flows during the initial framework build phase

Requirements

• 6+ years in software testing with a strong automation focus
• Proficiency in Playwright for web e2e testing
• Ability to write test code in Python or TypeScript
• Experience with API testing
• Experience with CI/CD integration
• Experience working in an agile product/engineering team
• Curiosity about or early experience with AI/LLM tools applied to testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with subscription billing, D2C platforms, or enterprise SaaS
