Software Development Engineer in Test

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize high-performance mobile automation frameworks for iOS and Android
• Maintain performant and reliable CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze test results and investigate failures to identify root causes
• Build advanced reporting and tools for real-time visibility into product health
• Develop and execute system performance testing and comprehensive test strategies
• Work with mobile engineers and product teams to ensure features are automation-ready
• Integrate AI-powered tooling into the testing lifecycle to accelerate defect detection

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an SDET, Software Engineer, or Test Automation Engineer in SaaS
• Strong programming experience in Python or Java
• Experience with AI code generation and modern code generation workflows
• Hands-on experience building scalable frameworks from scratch
• Experience with cloud-based mobile testing platforms like LambdaTest or BrowserStack
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and testing of REST services
• Experience with regression, integration, and performance testing methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mobile programming languages Kotlin or Swift
• Application of UX/Accessibility standards
• Proactive approach to using Generative AI to optimize development workflows
