Responsibilities

• Contribute to building and deploying AI Agents for customer service including Voice Agents, Chat Agents, and Co-pilots at enterprise scale
• Design, code, test, deploy, and debug applications with a high bar on quality
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate roadmaps into technical plans
• Develop reusable code, frameworks, and libraries to accelerate development
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability
• Implement robust security measures and data protection practices
• Design and manage scalable data storage solutions and efficient data pipelines
• Review team members' work and provide technical feedback
• Demonstrate thought leadership at tech conferences

Requirements

• 5-9 years of experience in building large-scale products
• Strong expertise in Python, Java, or Golang
• Proficiency in SQL or NoSQL databases such as Postgres, MongoDB, or Cassandra
• In-depth knowledge of asynchronous communication tools like Kafka, SQS, or Temporal
• Understanding of caching tools like Redis, Memcache, or Ehcache
• Ability to think from first principles and adapt to fast-paced environments
