Software Development Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Write effective code to create websites using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Plan and deliver web applications across multiple platforms
• Implement contingency plans to ensure site stability and uptime
• Create quality assurance tests to ensure website success
• Use monitoring tools to track the ongoing performance of company websites
• Collaborate with the development team to maintain and update the website
• Communicate with business colleagues to develop and deploy content

Requirements

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP, and Java
• Solid comprehension of Computer Science principles and coding experience
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as a team player

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of experience working in a similar software development position
