Software Development Engineer II (Full Stack)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack features using React for the front-end and Python FastAPI for the back-end
• Build and optimize APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions on AWS
• Develop responsive user interfaces to ensure seamless user experiences across devices
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and code reviews
• Support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline setup and automated testing
• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate development and improve code quality
• Maintain technical documentation for all developed features and modules

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on full stack development
• Practical experience with React and Python FastAPI for production features
• Basic understanding of AWS and cloud-native architectures
• Familiarity with microservices, API development, and distributed systems
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor
• Experience working in Agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with event-driven architectures and streaming technologies like Apache Kafka or Debezium
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium or Pytest
• Experience deploying and scaling applications using Kubernetes
• Experience developing applications integrated with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Relevant certifications in AWS or SAFe Agile
