Software Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of .NET applications from concept to deployment
• Architect scalable and secure solutions using AWS services including App Services, Functions, and Logic Apps
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and fine-tune application performance
• Champion DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
• Mentor and guide developers on coding best practices, design patterns, and Agile principles
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Oversee documentation of development activities and assist with tracking performance metrics

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software development
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or mentorship role
• Strong hands-on expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and React
• Deep knowledge of SQL Server, including stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning
• Proven experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of GraphQL
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
