Software Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the UI development team and architect software systems to transform complex business requirements into working solutions
• Drive the evolution of the automation vision and roadmap by engaging with senior architects and technical leads
• Participate in and lead advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
• Lead discussions to fine-tune requirements for translation into high-quality code
• Write, debug, and maintain code to support automation initiatives for Operations and Reliability teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience
• At least 3 years of experience with React or similar frontend technologies
• At least 2 years of experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure
• At least 2 years of experience working with databases, including SQL tuning and stored procedures
• Proven experience leading software development teams
• Deep understanding of DevOps processes and configuring CI/CD pipelines
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate clearly and concisely
