Software Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-performance NAT Gateway services that process customer traffic at scale
• Build distributed systems that deliver sub-millisecond latency while maintaining security
• Optimize packet processing pipelines to handle increasing traffic volumes
• Collaborate with security teams to implement new threat detection capabilities
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure service availability and operational excellence

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years of experience in design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling)
• 2+ years of experience developing large-scale, multi-tiered, or distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, TLS, and HTTP

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience across the full software development life cycle, including code reviews, testing, and operations
• Experience building distributed systems or network services
