Trackier builds SaaS products used in more than 20+ countries. We provide customizable performance marketing software used by ad networks, agencies, and advertisers to manage publisher relations and optimize marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of complex, large-scale systems and features
• Take end-to-end ownership of major projects from requirement gathering to deployment
• Mentor and coach SDE-1 and SDE-2 team members
• Maintain and enforce high standards for code quality and technical excellence
• Contribute to defining the engineering technical roadmap and evaluate emerging technologies
• Handle challenging technical problems and lead R&D efforts for new frameworks

Requirements

• B.Tech degree
• 6+ years of experience building and delivering software applications
• Proficiency in Node.js, Golang, Python, PHP, or Java
• Experience with private/public API design and cross-service integrations
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and asynchronous communication (gRPC, Kafka)
• Deep familiarity with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra)
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins
• Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows
