Software Development Engineer 3

Responsibilities

• Scope and create technical documents for reference and reporting
• Focus on High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD)
• Review code for junior developers
• Build and own multiple high-scale modules from scratch
• Reimagine existing modules for scale
• Build services within a Microservices Architecture
• Mentor SDE-I and SDE-II engineers through continuous collaboration

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience, preferably in a consumer product company
• Proficiency in Java programming
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and design patterns
• Experience with message brokers and caching
• Experience writing unit test cases
• Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience designing and developing highly scalable systems
• Strong communication skills for articulating business documents and ideas
• BE / BTech or equivalent degree
