About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate software development teams and supervise work plans to minimize risks and meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with System Architects and Analysts to define technical proposals for application construction.
- Validate technical proposals to ensure they meet all functional requirements.
- Audit programming standards, secure software development practices, and version control accuracy.
- Ensure proper project documentation and alignment with established quality standards.
- Manage and support team members by identifying improvement opportunities and managing competency development.
- Oversee administrative tasks including record keeping and database management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a specialization in a relevant field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in similar leadership or coordination roles.
- Advanced English proficiency (reading, comprehension, and conversation).
- Proven experience in software development team coordination and personnel management.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture and project management.
- Technical proficiency in C#, MySQL, DevOps, and TFS (version control).
- Experience with microservices integrations.
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
