Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and services that support reliability and operational excellence.
• Build automation and tooling to improve efficiency, reduce operational overhead, and enhance system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including software engineers, site reliability engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of platform capabilities and internal applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, availability, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices, including testing and documentation.
• Analyze complex technical challenges to develop innovative solutions that improve user experience.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical major.
• 3+ years of professional experience developing and supporting production applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python, C#, and/or Java.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript and modern web application development.
• Experience working in a customer-facing or end-user facing environment.
