Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance equities and futures trading systems
• Work closely with traders and quantitative researchers to build and improve order sending strategies
• Maintain and optimize existing trading strategies and systems
• Focus on building a stable, scalable, and optimized technical stack with minimized risk
• Propose and investigate new technologies to maintain a competitive edge
• Execute on technical ideas quickly within short development cycles

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of progressive experience in C++ software development
• Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) skills
• Deep understanding of performance optimization and latency reduction methodologies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with traders, quants, and infrastructure teams
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with financial markets and derivatives trading
