Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain security attack test benches for evaluating software, embedded systems, and networks
• Analyze existing architecture and translate user needs into functional requirements
• Develop robust Java code for system components and integrate new lab instruments
• Implement secure test applications on hardware using C
• Create and maintain CI/CD scripts and pipelines for automated testing and deployment
• Document system requirements, software architecture, and technical specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in Java and C (for microcontrollers and RTOS)
• Experience with Maven and building Swing-based UI components
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux-based development environments
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Motivation to work with protocols and byte-level programming

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of cybersecurity testing methodologies and penetration testing
• Experience with NetBeans Platform framework or Java Native Interface
• Familiarity with Smartcard, NFC, or cryptography algorithms (AES, RSA, etc.)
• Experience with Docker, virtualization, or cloud environments
• Knowledge of Fuzz testing, Fault injection, or Side channel attacks
• Programming skills in Python, Go, or Rust
• Experience with CUDA/GPU Computing
