Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evolve C# / .NET solutions for data transformation, migration, and automation.
• Develop ETL tools and scripts to ensure precise and high-performance data extraction and loading.
• Create intelligent automation tools, including AI assistants and agents, to optimize processes.
• Analyze third-party databases and define reliable mapping rules for business-compliant migrations.
• Design modular tool architectures and industrialize data flows for improved robustness and maintainability.
• Participate in the implementation and improvement of CI/CD pipelines and project tracking in Azure DevOps.
• Ensure high code quality through Clean Code practices, strict naming conventions, and regular code reviews.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of Full Stack development experience.
• Mastery of C# / .NET and object-oriented programming.
• Proficiency with relational databases and the ability to analyze complex data structures.
• Advanced SQL skills for designing complex queries and optimizing stored procedures.
• Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Codex, or Cursor) to accelerate delivery.
• Ability to work autonomously, make technical decisions, and manage priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
