Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Build and support advanced platform infrastructure including bespoke SDLC tooling, distributed compute clusters, and multi-technology database environments
• Develop debugging, profiling, monitoring, and alerting tools
• Provide engineering consultancy to help other teams design and optimize their code
• Augment market-standard tools with custom features to exceed industry standards

Requirements

• Advanced analytical skills, typically evidenced by a degree in maths, physics, computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Deep passion for technology and software development
• Excellence in applied programming with Python, Rust, C++, or other major languages
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team player across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud engineering experience
• Performance engineering experience
• Understanding of Fixed Income products and derivatives
• Python or Rust programming experience
• Track record of open source contributions
• Networking expertise
• Linux/Unix or Microsoft Windows experience
