Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test components of modern, secure web-based post-trade platforms using an AI-first approach.
• Contribute to the overall architecture of technology solutions, ensuring control, transparency, and auditability in a regulated environment.
• Leverage AI tools responsibly across the software development lifecycle, including code generation, testing, and documentation.
• Develop maintainable and testable solutions aligned with acceptance criteria, emphasizing traceability and deterministic behavior.
• Ensure delivered systems are production-ready, secure, and well-documented to support operational handover and audit requirements.
• Resolve third-line support issues using a structured and analytical approach.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal risk management frameworks.

Requirements

• Proven experience with C# .NET, Node.js, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery speed and code quality.
• Proficiency with NoSQL or RDBMS databases.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent) and modern CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technology, specifically AWS.
• Strong understanding of BDD/TDD and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a methodical approach to software architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of financial products such as derivatives, FX, commodities, or fixed income.
• Knowledge of the post-trade lifecycle, including clearing, settlement, and collateral management.
• Experience embedding AI capabilities into end-user applications for intelligent workflows.
• Familiarity with SOLID principles and Domain Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience working within a highly regulated financial environment.
