Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve platform architecture across on-premise and AWS cloud environments
• Lead modernization initiatives including microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native practices
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and secure systems using modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC)
• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools and agentic AI to accelerate development and optimize delivery
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers to raise technical capability across the team
• Maintain platform reliability, scalability, and operational stability through root cause analysis and observability
• Contribute to the long-term technology roadmap and engineering strategy

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering
• Proven track record of designing and delivering scalable, distributed systems
• Experience with architectural ownership of complex platforms
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and leading engineering teams
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development workflows
• Expertise in cloud-native technologies and DevOps practices
• Experience with C#, .NET, and AWS environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Capital Markets, specifically Equity trading, FIX, or market data
• Experience working within highly regulated financial environments
• Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AMQ
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration
