Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex operational challenges into practical technical solutions
• Architect and lead full-stack development of large-scale operational software
• Own engineering decisions to build robust, maintainable, and scalable systems
• Mentor junior team members through technical guidance and knowledge sharing
• Stay current with evolving technologies and contribute to upgrading the team's technology stack
• Balance the development of new solutions with the maintenance and support of existing tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 7+ years of software development experience, specifically working with ambiguous requirements
• Full-stack development expertise with strong architectural judgment
• Proficiency in frontend development using modern single-page applications (SPA)
• Strong backend development skills in Python
• Expertise in relational database schema design, querying, and performance tuning
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Vue.js for frontend development
• Familiarity with FastAPI for backend services
