Software Developer Intern

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a meaningful healthcare software project from conception to completion
• Conduct user research to understand requirements and user needs
• Handle all stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and documentation
• Collaborate with fellow interns and receive mentorship from experienced engineers
• Deliver high-quality code that contributes to software used by millions of patients worldwide

Requirements

• Currently working toward a BS/BA or combined BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Junior standing or greater with plans to seek full-time employment in the 2028 calendar year
• Proven history of academic success
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Ability to relocate to the Madison, WI area for the duration of the internship
• COVID-19 vaccination
