About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop LWC, Apex, and Visualforce within the Salesforce platform and document all processes
- Develop Einstein Analytics and Tableau CRM components
- Lead the definition and estimation of project work packages, including system design, testing, and implementation plans
- Configure and develop event management tools such as Marketo
- Perform unit-testing and collaborate with IS and business teams for error-free implementation
- Participate in CRM and Events Management tool upgrades, migrations, and on-call support rotations
- Proactively promote enhancements to departmental processes and technical solutions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform, specifically backend solutions (Apex and APIs) and system integration
- Experience developing in Java and with Web Services development
- Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle (SDLC)
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to business users
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Marketo (smart campaigns, webhooks, and administration)
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Financial Cloud development
- Development experience with REST Web Services
- Experience within the Mutual Funds industry
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II
