Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop LWC, Apex, and Visualforce within the Salesforce platform and document all processes
• Develop Einstein Analytics and Tableau CRM components
• Lead the definition and estimation of project work packages, including system design, testing, and implementation plans
• Configure and develop event management tools such as Marketo
• Perform unit-testing and collaborate with IS and business teams for error-free implementation
• Participate in CRM and Events Management tool upgrades, migrations, and on-call support rotations
• Proactively promote enhancements to departmental processes and technical solutions

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform, specifically backend solutions (Apex and APIs) and system integration
• Experience developing in Java and with Web Services development
• Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle (SDLC)
• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to business users

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Marketo (smart campaigns, webhooks, and administration)
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Financial Cloud development
• Development experience with REST Web Services
• Experience within the Mutual Funds industry
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II
