About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize software libraries for communication, configuration, and parameterization of products
  • Design, implement, and evolve modern software architectures and APIs
  • Develop customer-oriented software solutions as well as internal applications and tools
  • Build and expand automated testing environments to ensure high software quality
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of existing software solutions
  • Create and maintain technical specifications, documentation, and development guidelines
  • Support the implementation and advancement of CI/CD processes and automated deployment pipelines
  • Collaborate closely with firmware development, product management, and other specialized departments

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Technical Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Practical experience in software development using C# and/or C++
  • Strong knowledge of application software, software libraries, and modern software architectures
  • Experience with databases and interface technologies such as REST, JSON, and XML
  • Proficiency with version control systems, specifically Git (GitLab)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development/deployment processes
  • Knowledge of automated testing, quality assurance, and debugging
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
