Software Developer - CRM Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain customizations and enhancements on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud CRM platform (Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing).
• Build and manage integrations between the CRM and enterprise systems like ERP, marketing automation tools, and data warehouses using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement business logic, workflows, plugins, and Power Platform components based on stakeholder specifications.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including unit testing, UAT support, and release management using version control and deployment practices.
• Provide 3rd-level technical support for custom CRM developments and troubleshoot performance or reliability issues.
• Improve code quality, reusability, and platform governance within the D365 CRM ecosystem.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on CRM development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (plugins, Power Platform) or Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Flow).
• Proficiency in Python and a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Solid knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
• Understanding of CRM data models, security models, and modern development practices like Git and CI/CD.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• C1 level proficiency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in German.
• Experience working in a multinational, cross-functional team environment.
