Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software systems including architecture and scalable code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and product managers
• Test and debug software to ensure quality standards and defect-free delivery
• Write technical documentation for users and other developers
• Stay up-to-date with emerging industry trends and technologies

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in a similar software development role
• Expertise in MS .NET, C#, MS SQL Server, XML, and Object Oriented development/UML
• Proficiency in web technologies including ASP.NET, MVC, REST, HTML5, Ajax, JavaScript, CSS3, and JQuery
• Strong understanding of SQL fundamentals, T-SQL, and stored procedures
• Experience with Core Java programming, JSP, and Java Applets
• Ability to develop batch programming and VBScripts for automation
• Experience in IIS Web Server Configuration and Deployment
• Experience integrating frontend code with backend services (web services, RESTful services)
• Experience working through the full product cycle from design to production deployment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Apache Tomcat, Web Sphere, or JBOSS Web Server
• Experience in SSL Certificate Implementation
• Experience in Financial Software and Payment Related Software implementation
• Experience with Telerik Web Controls or other third-party control integration
• Experience in VB.NET and Windows Service Development
• Knowledge of ISO Messages and IBM-MQ Servers
• Experience in Hardware Device integrations
• Experience using Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools
• Experience with VCP Pro (Proflex 4), Vynamic Transaction Engine, ProCash, or VCP Lite
