Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise backend services using Go and Java
• Participate in client and stakeholder meetings to gather, validate, and refine requirements
• Create and maintain requirements documentation, technical designs, and solution specifications
• Present technical solutions and system designs to engineering teams and executive leadership
• Design systems using monolithic and microservices architectures
• Model relational data and write SQL queries
• Collaborate across engineering, QA, product, and operations teams
• Integrate with SSO Systems (SAML and OAuth2) and third-party APIs

Requirements

• Professional experience with Golang and Java
• Experience developing backend services in a production enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of monolithic and microservices architectures
• Ability to create and work from formal technical documentation
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with event-driven architectures or messaging systems
• Familiarity with data replication strategies and the Outbox Pattern
• Exposure to distributed systems and service-to-service communication
• Experience supporting or modernizing legacy systems
• Working knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, or CI/CD pipelines
• DevOps and SecDevOps experience
• Knowledge of AI systems and development trends
