Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions in alignment with project requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and technical designs
• Develop solutions using frontend technologies like React, Redux, and TypeScript powered by backend stacks including C#, Scala, or Kotlin
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Use A/B Testing and make product related decisions based on data
• Create reports and analytics for business use cases using Hadoop, Grafana, and other services
• Create real-time monitoring for production systems
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and coding standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream with coding experience or completion of a software engineering bootcamp
• Understanding of basic data structures and algorithms
• Coding proficiency in any language such as Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, or Kotlin
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data persistence (RDBMS, NoSQL)
• Understanding of modern frontend, backend, or mobile technology (React, Vue, Kotlin, C#, Angular, Flutter, iOS, or Android)
• Experience with automated CI/CD systems, test-driven development, clean software architectures, and SOLID principles
• Active GitHub profile with open source contributions
