Software Developer (ABAP)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain high-quality software solutions using ABAP to address complex business challenges.
• Create code to support enterprise systems, integrations, and automation processes.
• Collaborate with Solution Specialists, Business Analysts, and IT team members to transform business requirements into functional and secure software systems.
• Contribute to building scalable and reliable technical architectures across various business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 3–5 years of experience in ABAP development within a business environment.
• Proven experience with SAP development tools including SE80, SE11, and SE38.
• Practical experience with system integrations and APIs such as REST, OData, and SOAP.
• Advanced proficiency in ABAP programming, including BAPIs, BADIs, SmartForms, IDOCs, and User Exits.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP ABAP certification.
• Knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, SD, or FI/CO.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5 and CDS Views.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git or Jenkins.
• Training or certification in Agile or DevOps methodologies.
