Software Developer 2

Responsibilities

• Provide full-stack Java software development in support of Data Transformation Solutions
• Develop middle tier to backend data storage
• Support ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) development
• Design, develop, and deploy applications using micro-services frameworks
• Implement local caching services and utilize corporate authentication services
• Work within an Agile software environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 14 years of related experience, or 18 years of related experience without a degree
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) required within 7 years
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Python
• Experience with Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
• Experience with Git, GitHub, or GitLab
• Experience with Jira and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial cloud services, preferably AWS
• Experience with PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases
• Proficiency in Go, Rust, or C++
• Experience with Vue
• Knowledge of MinIO, Clickhouse, or Graphite
