Software Deployment Integrations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Go to customer sites to integrate robots with existing systems such as WMS and peripheral devices
• Build the "glue" and connectivity between Ultra's robots and customer infrastructure
• Automate integration processes by building products that allow for zero-cost, correct integration with customer systems

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with various programming paradigms
• Experience deploying high-quality production code within a software team
• Software generalist background with experience across a variety of systems
• Ability to thrive in a high-trust, high-autonomy, and fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building self-improving, agentic systems
• Strong product sense and understanding of UX in Human-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems
