Software Architect

Responsibilities

• Make high-level design choices based on functional and non-functional requirements
• Lead end-to-end, cross-functional system design ensuring scalability, performance, and security
• Identify optimal tools, frameworks, and technology stacks for application development
• Conduct architecture and technology evaluations to align with organizational goals
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure adherence to best practices
• Review codebases to ensure design quality, maintainability, and clarity
• Present architectural decisions to stakeholders and collaborate with project managers to align technical solutions with business needs
• Define and enforce coding, design, and architectural standards across all projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development and system architecture
• Experience working across multiple development platforms, such as .NET or Java
• Hands-on experience with major cloud providers including AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proven experience in architecture evaluations, design recommendations, and system integrations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
