Software Architect - Mobile

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the mobile architecture strategy to ensure a scalable and maintainable foundation across projects
• Focus on iOS architecture, libraries, and platform-specific patterns
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to align architectural decisions with product goals
• Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and performance guidelines
• Lead architectural reviews and provide guidance on refactoring and scaling existing mobile applications
• Design APIs, SDKs, and modular components for reuse across teams
• Mentor mobile engineers and elevate the team’s technical proficiency

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in mobile development with a strong architectural mindset
• Deep expertise in iOS development using Swift
• Solid understanding of UIKit, SwiftUI, and Combine
• Experience with app performance optimization, modularization, and offline-first strategies
• Knowledge of mobile CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment automation
• Strong communication skills to explain architectural concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Android development (Kotlin/Java)
• Knowledge of Objective-C
• Experience with mobile security and compliance guidelines
