Software Architect Co-op

Responsibilities

• Develop automation scripts and programs to evaluate product and network performance
• Coordinate software development using GitHub for version control and maintenance
• Interface with electrical test equipment to perform automated measurements
• Utilize data analytics to evaluate large-scale network performance and test results
• Use AI tools and modern coding practices to support software development

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Drexel University with a cooperative learning track
• Proficiency in Python programming and scripting
• Knowledge of fundamental networking concepts
• Experience with Git/GitHub workflows
• Ability to work 40 hours per week on-site for a 6-month duration
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Major in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Experience with basic ML models for time-series analysis and anomaly detection
• Familiarity with querying large-scale databases (e.g., MongoDB)
• Working knowledge of electrical test equipment
• Experience with AWS cloud services
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD automation
