About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of high-criticality embedded electronic systems and make major technical decisions.
- Define software specifications, architecture, and comprehensive testing strategies.
- Oversee development teams to ensure project quality, cost, and deadline (QCD) commitments are met.
- Act as a technical reference and expert for both internal teams and external clients.
- Perform software activities ranging from initial specification to final testing.
- Support software maintenance and contribute to technological monitoring and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering (Engineering school or equivalent).
- Experience in high-criticality embedded real-time development.
- Proficiency in C and/or Ada programming with strong algorithmic skills.
- Experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (ideally PikeOS or equivalent partitioned OS).
- Solid understanding of resource management mechanisms, including Memory and CPU.
- Ability to apply rigorous development processes, including documentation and requirement traceability.
- Proficiency in technical English.
- Strong communication, synthesis, and teamwork skills.
