Software Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of high-criticality embedded electronic systems and make major technical decisions.
• Define software specifications, architecture, and comprehensive testing strategies.
• Oversee development teams to ensure project quality, cost, and deadline (QCD) commitments are met.
• Act as a technical reference and expert for both internal teams and external clients.
• Perform software activities ranging from initial specification to final testing.
• Support software maintenance and contribute to technological monitoring and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering (Engineering school or equivalent).
• Experience in high-criticality embedded real-time development.
• Proficiency in C and/or Ada programming with strong algorithmic skills.
• Experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (ideally PikeOS or equivalent partitioned OS).
• Solid understanding of resource management mechanisms, including Memory and CPU.
• Ability to apply rigorous development processes, including documentation and requirement traceability.
• Proficiency in technical English.
• Strong communication, synthesis, and teamwork skills.
