Software Apps Engineer I

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal and external clients by troubleshooting issues and delivering solutions via phone, email, and remote access.
• Configure, monitor, test, and support software applications, including updates, patches, and installations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, support deployments, and communicate software defects.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer communications to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Assist with support reporting, documentation, software guides, and the development of custom client solutions.
• Perform hardware and software quality assurance testing and provide technical assistance to engineering and training teams.

Requirements

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience working with software and hardware in a complex business environment.
• 1+ years of experience working in a gaming venue.
• 1+ years of experience with ATM system or equipment installations.
• Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems and experience with application deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of one or more databases.
• Experience with systems administration or programming.
• Understanding of casino and gaming environment requirements.
