Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to gather operational requirements and understand digital transformation goals
- Deliver impactful presentations, product demonstrations, and business proposals
- Support product and engineering teams by reporting on customer needs and competitive market activities
- Provide commercial insights to define pricing schedules and manage discount structures
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to align customer expectations with engineering delivery
- Conduct discovery calls, cold outreach, and networking to uncover new technical opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline metrics in the CRM to meet KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or IT
- 3–7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or IT solutions sales
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end B2B sales cycles and territory management
- General knowledge of the IT industry and technical architecture
- Strong pipeline analytical skills and CRM proficiency
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Exceptional negotiation and strategic mindset
