About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound SDR opportunities and outbound prospecting lists within the retail and restaurant sectors to convert leads into closed sales.
  • Build and maintain a monthly sales pipeline that is at least three times the assigned quota.
  • Deliver consistent performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and ongoing documentation of all sales activities, forecasting, and decision-making processes within Salesforce.com.
  • Utilize a solution-selling approach to demonstrate the value of Heartland Retail and Restaurant products to enterprise clients.
  • Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure long-term satisfaction and drive expansion within enterprise accounts.
  • Provide product feedback to internal teams to help shape future features based on enterprise customer needs.
  • Act as a leader by coaching and mentoring fellow members of the sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within a SaaS solution-sales environment.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales or operations specifically with enterprise retail or restaurant clients.
  • Recent experience selling complex solutions to organizations within the restaurant industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude and business acumen to navigate complex buying cycles.
  • Proven negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships via digital and phone communication.
  • A self-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding personal and team sales goals.
