About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound SDR opportunities and outbound prospecting lists within the retail and restaurant sectors to convert leads into closed sales.
- Build and maintain a monthly sales pipeline that is at least three times the assigned quota.
- Deliver consistent performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and ongoing documentation of all sales activities, forecasting, and decision-making processes within Salesforce.com.
- Utilize a solution-selling approach to demonstrate the value of Heartland Retail and Restaurant products to enterprise clients.
- Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure long-term satisfaction and drive expansion within enterprise accounts.
- Provide product feedback to internal teams to help shape future features based on enterprise customer needs.
- Act as a leader by coaching and mentoring fellow members of the sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within a SaaS solution-sales environment.
- 1+ years of experience in sales or operations specifically with enterprise retail or restaurant clients.
- Recent experience selling complex solutions to organizations within the restaurant industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and business acumen to navigate complex buying cycles.
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships via digital and phone communication.
- A self-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding personal and team sales goals.
