Softservice Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure and develop cleaning and hygiene according to standards and quality requirements
• Drive and develop internal service functions such as mail, copy/print, and supplies
• Manage suppliers and follow up on the quality of service deliveries
• Initiate and coordinate health initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Support work environment and well-being initiatives in cooperation with the work environment organization
• Develop and optimize service schemes and internal service concepts
• Contribute to the implementation and follow-up of safety measures for DI and tenants
• Ensure continuous quality control and improvement of processes and service experiences

Requirements

• Experience with facility management, soft services, or service delivery in a large organization
• Experience with supplier management, quality follow-up, and contract management
• Experience coordinating operational tasks and improving existing processes
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Knowledge of work environment, safety, and workplace well-being
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for agreements and deliveries
