Softlines Operation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Guide day-to-day laboratory operations and ensure team alignment
• Supervise and mentor laboratory staff including technicians and analysts
• Manage staff schedules, assignments, and performance reviews
• Enforce adherence to Quality Management systems and SOPs
• Oversee documentation of test results and maintain data integrity
• Manage inventory levels and support procurement of supplies
• Support the development of new tests and services
• Troubleshoot technical problems and ensure process continuity

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a scientific discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant textile testing and laboratory supervision experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline
