About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in daily life assistance for people with disabilities including shopping, meal preparation, and home maintenance
- Accompany residents in social and leisure activities to stimulate cognitive functions
- Coordinate house activities and daily life
- Create personalized educational relationships through individual support projects
Requirements
- Degree in social work (Moniteur éducateur, DEAES, DEAMP, ADVF, etc.) or confirmed experience in disability support
- Valid driver's license (Permis B)
- Ability to work on a day/night rotation and weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
