Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities for people with disabilities, including shopping, meal preparation, and home maintenance
• Accompany residents in social and leisure activities to stimulate cognitive functions
• Coordinate house activities and daily life within the shared living space
• Create personalized educational relationships through individual support projects for each resident

Requirements

• Degree in social work (Moniteur éducateur, DEAES, DEAMP, ADVF, etc.) or confirmed experience in disability support
• Valid driver's license (Permis B) and access to a vehicle
• Dynamic, attentive, and punctual personality
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Passion for human-centered care
