Responsibilities
- Ensure follow-up care for patients
- Promote independence and provide assistance for self-help
- Prepare and manage applications for cost carriers, authorities, and social service providers
Requirements
- Recognized degree as a social worker, social pedagogue, or remedial pedagogue
- Interest in implementing transcultural concepts in patient care
- Willingness to work with and advise mentally ill patients and their relatives
- Good knowledge of relevant social legislation
- Ability to work in a multi-professional team
