About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise and support individuals with mental, health, and social burdens
- Strengthen social participation in daily life and contact with authorities
- Develop group and leisure activities to enable social interaction
- Work at the interface of social work and medical care, including outreach in medical practices
- Participate actively in a multi-professional network
Requirements
- Completed degree in Social Work or comparable training
- Willingness to perform outreach work in medical practices or clinics
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Intercultural counseling competence
- Accepting and open-minded attitude
- Russian or Ukrainian language skills are a plus but not required
Benefits
- Gross annual salary between €47,000 and €57,500 for full-time positions (pro-rated for part-time)

- 30 days of annual leave, plus December 24th and 31st off if they fall on weekdays
